Windchill Do I have Rights?

Problem: Often a user will call and say that he does not have the rights to a
	 specific program. Bellow is a quickway of telling if the user actualy
	 does not have rights, or if he/she is just miss understanding Windchill

Method:

	Open Windchill Production
	Select the product Tab
	Go to the Windchill Product In question
	Select the Team option from the secondary row of tabs
	Set the dropdown in the right hand corrner to "All People"
	Sort all users alphebeticly 
	You should now be able to find the user in this list.
	If he is not in the list he does not bellong.
	You can also tell what the user's role is from the list
